We understand that life happens — and sometimes schedules change. To help us maintain fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy:

❗ 12-Hour Notice Required

All class, session, or appointment cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with at least 12 hours’ notice: No charge. You’re welcome to reschedule (subject to availability).

• Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows: Will be charged in full.

🔄 Need to Reschedule?

If you can't make your scheduled time but give us less than 12 hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative time, if availability allows. However, this is not guaranteed, and the session may still be charged.

• Your online booking system

• Phone or email (provided at time of booking)
