2. What types of classes do you offer?

We specialize in Reformer Pilates — small group sessions focused on strength, flexibility, and posture. We also offer private sessions and foundation classes for beginners.

3. Do I need experience to join?

No experience is needed. Our instructors will guide you through every step, adapting exercises to your level whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner.

4. How long are the classes?

Each class lasts 50 minutes, offering a balanced full-body workout that improves strength, posture, and body awareness.

5. What languages are classes taught in?

Our instructors teach in English, Spanish, and Russian, ensuring every client feels comfortable and supported throughout their session.

6. What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable, fitted workout clothes that allow you to move freely.
Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene.
If you don’t have a pair, grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

We provide all other equipment — just bring yourself and a positive mindset.

7. How do I book a class?

We recommend booking in advance, as class sizes are limited.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 12-hour minimum cancellation notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions are counted as used classes.
This ensures fairness and availability for all members.

9. What membership options do you offer?

We currently offer two membership plans:

  • Consistency Plan: 2 classes per week (8 per month)

  • Momentum Plan: 3 classes per week (12 per month)

Memberships are valid for 30 days from your first class and require a minimum 3-month commitment to help you stay consistent and see results.

10. Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Memberships can be paused in special cases such as travel or medical reasons, with prior notice. Please contact us directly for assistance.

11. Can I purchase single classes or class packs?

Yes. Drop-in classes and limited class packs are available for clients who prefer flexibility.

12. Where is the studio located?

Cloud 11 Pilates is located inside Urbanización Estepona Holiday Hills, offering a calm and modern environment surrounded by nature — just minutes from Estepona centre.

13. Is there parking available?

Yes — free onsite parking is available exclusively for our clients, right by the studio entrance for your convenience.

14. What time should I arrive for class?

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
If it’s your first visit, arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can introduce you to the Reformer and the studio layout.

15. Can I join if I’m pregnant or have an injury?

Yes — however, if you’re pregnant, we recommend joining our Pre-Natal Pilates classes, which are designed to support your body safely throughout pregnancy.
Always inform your instructor before class and consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.

16. What results can I expect from Pilates?

With regular practice, you’ll notice improved posture, flexibility, core strength, and balance — along with reduced stress and increased body awareness.
